I provide in-person therapy sessions at my office on the north side of Grand Rapids, near Forrest Hills and Northview school districts.

I offer HIPAA-compliant telehealth therapy for clients located anywhere in the state of Michigan. After scheduling our first session, you’ll receive a link to a secure online Telehealth platform. Tele-therapy offers the same benefits as in-person therapy, and can be a great option for those needing greater flexibility in time, location and/or used in hybrid with in-person sessions.

I am currently in-network with Aetna, ASR, Blue Care Network, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Priority Health.
A 50-60 minute session fee is $180, with initial intake session fee of $210.

If for any reason you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, it is essential for you to notify me at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to the full session fee.

Yes!! There are various ways to engage in EMDR, and most are possible and effective via telehealth.

Therapy is a highly individual and subjective experience. The pace of therapy depends on your unique needs, goals, and circumstances. Progress in therapy is openly discussed throughout the process and a collaborative effort.
